The 25th Anniversary Edition on Press

We’ve worked with Versa Press, Inc., an outstanding book printer located in East Peoria, Illinois, for the past eight years.

One April in Boston is printed on a high quality offset press – an Eight-Color Heidelberg Speedmaster XL106, sheet size 29.53” x 41.73.” It is the ideal press for the four color process work and perfect for reproducing the fine lines of Cortney Skinner’s remarkable pen and ink illustrations. The text of the 5 1/2” x 8 1/2″ 256-page book runs as 8 press forms, 32 pages each, on 60# white offset stock. The cover of the book runs on 12Pt (C1S) white cover stock.
